***Okay, Mariah's new songs have been so Hot lately "It's Like That" and "Say Something." Her new album entitled, The Emancipation of Mimi is out March 22. If you want to hear it on the radio you got to vote.

I thnk JLo's new song, "Get Right," is actually pretty cool too. Rebirth is her new album.

Any other new songs you guys heard on the radio and really like?
 
I'd have to say Fithly Gorgeous by Scissor Sisters.. I think it's a great song.. love it more every time I hear it..
another one would probably be Sunday Morning by Maroon5.. such a beautiful song..
then quite a fan of Boulevard of Broken Dreams.. oo and not forgetting Duality by Slipknot..

I tried to give you some Karma for that one but the site said I have to spread the love...but yeah Gwen's cd is Out of This World! I have like a real eclectic taste so i'll listen to basically anything, whether it be rock, country, reggae, pop, rap, or music from the 20's. That is definetly one of my top cds though.

Also, DaNio I have heard of the Scissor Sisters. I want hear em. They have a cool name at least.
 
I really like that one song, Luxurious I think it's called. She samples Biggie (which is originally sampled from the Isley Brothers anyway). It's a really hot track.

I read about the Scissor Sisters today in US Weekly (my trashy guilty pleasure). Haven't heard'em yet, but what do they sound like?
 
Scissor Sisters are in the rock genre, I think.

There a mix of rock, pop and dance. good band.. Laura was a big hit over here..

Ive only heard two of Gwen Stefani's songs of her album.. What you waiting for? and Rich Girls.. I like Rich Girls.. it's good.. wish I could buy the album cant afford though.. and also I want The Libertines or Taking Back Sundays first..

Luxurious is the one I like best so far out of the ones she hasn't released to radio yet. I really love the beat (obviously because of the Biggie similarity). I'm a big fan of 90's hip hop, so that really sat well with me.
 
I like the song 'Vertigo' sung by U2, album 'How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb.'
 
Oh I know of another but they have been around for a while, it's country music though.
They are called 'Bering Strait.'

It's interesting because they are from Russia.
But all country music stars who make it big are from the US. That's why it's such a novelty and they seam to be very popular. Almost as soon as one of there CDs is on the shelf it's gone in a few minutes. I didn't get my own copy up until a few days ago and it was worth the wait.
