If Hank Summers had remained married to Joyce (and moved to Sunnydale), would that have affected Buffy's relationships (Angel, Giles, etc) in any way? Would a strong father figure help or hinder a Slayer?

Tara is basically S1 Willow with her stuttering nervousness and insecurity.
