I adore Oz's laid back coolness, Spike's bad boy style and Giles' many facets. When I voted, though, I voted Angel. His smile gets me every time.
 
I voted Angel. I can really see the appeal in Spike, but for me, Angel as a character is the hottest. And DB seems like a really fun guy, I find him really attractive in interviews and stuff.
 
After a long and hard debate..... I picked Spike. 😀 It was quite difficult though, all the characters have their good days and not so good days. Occasionally I think Spike looks positively hot, and other times I wanna shield my eyes from the horrible view. 🙂 But in the end, I'll just say Spike is the hottest, Oz is the cutest, and Angel is the prettiest.
 
I picked Giles. tehehe.

I chose Angel. He has always been my favorite. There are a lot of good looking men on the show. By the way, calling them boys made me almost not vote for angel just because it is so hard seeing him as a boy. 🙂

Oooooh, Spike. Marsters is a little too old for me now, but he was perfection as Spike. That body and those cheekbones! Oh, and that accent and those eyes! Definitely the best-looking guy around.
 
I used to have a super crush on Spike when i was about 10 years old, and my mum always found him hot too, which put me straight off him! Ha,
So he's outta the window 😛

Then it would be Gunn,oz(i prefer seth, but ohwell.) and Xander i suppose (in the earlier series) Although he does look even sexier in real life IMO . 🙂

Actually, I don't think that any of the guys are particularly attractive, they're all kinda blah for me. 😀 Like, Spike's OK in the early seasons (2-4) but from S5+ he looks kind of old and gross... 😀 And Angel was only cute in the first 3 seasons, but even then he looked wayy too tortured for my liking. And on his own show he looks like a fish. 😀 Giles is OK I guess, but a bit too old for me... Wes is sometimes hot, but usually not.

Gunn is a hottie though. 😀

But my vote goes to Lindsey, especially in Angel S5. With that longish hair and cowboy clothes, he was as sexy as they get. 😀

Doyle and Parker were pretty cute.

Spike gets the top vote for me, though. I think he's drop-dead gorgeous. In my opinion, he's the best-looking guy in the Buffyverse. Graham, Riley's friend, gets my second vote, though. He was really attractive.

Angel never did much for me. My attraction to his character has nothing to do with his looks.

I always thought AtS Wes, Lindsey, and Hamilton were really good-looking as well.

And agreeing with Oriana, Gunn was pretty good-looking if that's your type.
