I'm planning on making a video for my friends birthday, with all her fave film and Tv bits in it and i was just wondering (since i havent a clue) Does anyone out there knw of how to out a tape in one VCR and be able to tape it on another VCR.
Could someone please explain it to me here, or know of a web-site that could tell me. Thanks, this is really important. And any help is needed.
XxThanksxX

My brother did this. I cant remember the connections but set up the one to play, and the other to record. The recording one just acts as if its recording off the TV. Lot of cables though.

It is fairly easy to do - better if your VCRs can be joined together with SCART leads (as well as the TV) - you need to look at the instruction manuals for the VCRs to see how it can be done.

My dad showed me how a while back...

I think it was plug the second VCR wires (the ones that would normally go into the TV) to the first VCR and (like AshSan said), push play on the first VCR and record on the second one. The second VCR should record whatever is playing on the first one!

Oh, if you don't want certain parts in the new tape, than pause it while the scene is playing (on the first one).

[I got confused from my own explantion!]
