How Did Spike know Cordy?

Hi

So I recently bought Season 1 and 2 of Angel (I'm finally going to have my own collection) and I'm wondering. Did Spike actually know Cordy? I can't recall them having any scenes together. I know they had School Hard but they didn't actually interact.

Can anyone shed any light?
 
Cordy was at the school in "School Hard," of course, so she knew ABOUT him, but you're right. As far as I can recall, the two never actually had a scene together.
 
They did. Halloween. When they all changed and then in this building Spike tried o bite Buffy? Well, Cordy was definitely there. Other than that, I guess he just got introduced by Angelus with the group of the Scoobies as a general. Also, who knows what other fights were there with the Scoobies and Spike.
 
Spike would have stalked Buffy (and the scoobies) - he would have known her by reputation if not in person and the same goes for her🙂
 
Agreed, they may have never interacted until Angel but I am sure there was many a conversation between the scoobies in regards to Spike and I am sure Spike at the very least knew who Cordy was.
