How did Tara get collage room so fast after leaving Willow and Summers house in season six?.

There is a lot of suspicious and possibly inconsistent stuff about Tara's life before our outside of Willow. I could give you a list if you want 😛

Short answer: Tara was able to escape her abusive father, move away and get enrolled into university. Her brother claims she had no friends in High School, but she must have gotten help from someone and she must have a decent amount of personal strength.

I think I just chocked on my silver spoon. I dread to think what a real life dorm room looks like.

It could have been a college room but a number of people I knew in university lived off-campus (but within walking distance) in rented houses. With several of them to pay the rent it was not as expensive as you might think. Real dorm rooms are a lot smaller than what was shown on Buffy.

If Tara moved back on campus,the Dean of Housing would have assigned her to whatever vacant room was available.It's not unusual for a student to move off campus, whether to private residency or just dropping out, leaving her former roommate alone in a double occupancy room. (Given the mortality rate around Sunnydale, I doubt that there would be a shortage of available housing) Obviously, that is what happened to Tara. She simply moved into an available room, whether shared by another student, or by herself (Did we ever see Tara with a new roommate? I can't remember)
