How did you find the Buffy-Boards?

I would like to ask you guys (older members can answer also) exactly what was it that led you to the Buffy-Boards? Did you find us through googling, another website, etc.?
 
I put in a search on Google for Buffy message boards, and you guys were the first to pop up. Did a little browsing, liked what I saw, and joined. w00t. There is that.
 
I think I was surfing around some Buffy sites, just following random links when I found this place. I remember that I lurked around a lot before I had the guts to join. And then it was all yaay! and w00t!
 
Umm I was looking for anything buffy at the time and it was a link on google from what I remember, and i've been here ever since :banana:
 
Some Dutch Buffy MSN-group ceased to be and I decided I'd go and look for an English-language international board. Searched for it on AV and I found this place!
 
Well... I was new to the idea of a bulletin board and I wanted to find one that I would be interested in. So I googled "Buffy/Angel message boards" and clicked the first one that came up. I just joined straight away... the place looked good. I had a bit of a look around and the members seemed fun and I figured I would feel at home... so I posted my intro thread and watched the welcomes roll in. I've been addicted ever since.

I felt an urge to find out what the Willow who was before Willow was like so I googled (or possibly asked someone over at imdb, can't remember anyhow) and I found this https://buffy-boards.com/showthread.php?t=9060 and then I took a good look around and I decided to stick around.

And with the exception of the first month, I've been addictive as well.
 
A friend that used to post here linked me. I lurked for a couple of days and liked the place, so I stayed!
 
Think it was either I was looking for a Buffy forum and someone pointed me this way, or I found it through google. My memory is terrible.

I was at this other Buffy board, but didn't really like it that much, I just hadn't found any other better place yet, then I found eponinethen at this other board and she pointed me here. So I joined, got all overwhelmed by the welcomes and got addicted.

That was one thing I liked about this place when I first joined. Everyone was very warm and wished me welcome and so nice. I immediately felt like part of the family.
 
My friend told me about it and I checked it out and kinda like it... then I kept coming and found out that there were some amazing people around here and that the convos were a lot more interesting than most other buffy boards.. so I just got addicted to this place, hehe
 
I had a Buffyverse question, so I googled "buffy message boards" and guess what came up?! I had never posted a message on a website before, but it looked pretty cool...so I registered and met all you cool cats!
 
I used to read the boards at buffyworld, but when I tried to join, I never could, so I did a search and found this wonderful place 🙂
 
i had just got my first internet connection, and i was looking for a buffy message board to join, so i googled 'buffy message boards' and this was the first one to come up...so i checked it out and realized how amazing it was and joined that night, and that was almost five months ago, and i've been addicted ever since! this is def one of the best buffy message boards around!
 
I was looking for some message boards because the default AOL Buffy message board sorta died out because the show ended and no one was posting anymore.I searched for some Buffy Forums on google or yahoo and stumbled upon this place.I wasn't the kind of person that would post in forums but everyone here was so nice so I had to stop lurking and join in.My computer broke so I was gone for a couple months.But when i bought a new one,I immediately came back here.I have this site on my favorites and everything.
 
I found it because my brother used to be a member and he told me about, but i think he found it through the wonderful google
 
Berkled told me about it.
I joined like 30 minutes after that.
I also tell others and have links to here on another board.
