How do I change my skin?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this (and mods feel free to move if necessary), but I have a question. I've looked under User CP and I can't seem to find/remember where to change the skin. Helpful replies fully appreciated. Thanks!

As an aside: I post on some other vBulletin forums with this new interface (3.8.4), but not all of the features that are enabled here are enabled elsewhere. For instance, agreeing with/commenting on another member's post within their post, I'm still unsure how to do that here.

If you click on the little scales up in the corner of a post you can Agree or Disagree with the post and add a little note to it. 🙂
 
I can't seem to get my skin to change away from Buffy Season Five. Even when I use Edit Options, it still always reverts to the same thing. 😕
