How do I deal with this one?

Nah, it's ok Jacklyn, she just got a part of the story wrong. No harm done. Stephanie says she's not upset.

Anyway, today he is all over her again and I'm sitting there as he's like... pushing her up against something so she can't move and she keeps wiping her mouth when he leaves, so there's a give away that she doesn't want to be kissed. i hate stupid guys like that. take a hint. serioiusly. they didnt walk to class today so maybe she is beginning to see it our way and get a brain.
 
If he has hit you like you've said and you're bruised or not even, then you have grounds to have him arrested for assault. This moron needs serious help... and from what you're describing, if he's all over your sister and she doesn't like it, could be construed as sexual assault.

And I meant to say, don't hit him... violence just breeds violence and it's idiots like him that can make the law work for themselves in that situation, ie, if you'd hit him then he could have *you* arrested for assault.

Your sister just doesn't seem to be doing anything to help herself.
 
Well, I've told enough people like our parents and what not, so, it was up to them to call the police. I don't think he's bruised me, I don't bruise very easily, if at all.
