How do I make a banner?

Well, firts you need a good program. Like I have Adobe Photoshop 7.0, and some people use Paint Shop Pro. There's probably some others too. Then you just kinda play w/ pictures I guess.

sometimes you can do it on paint 2! hey grrgrrgI use adobe aswell but mine is 6.0😉
