How do you embed a video or picture in a post?

I'm fairly sure that for a youtube video you can just insert the link (click the little insert link icon) and same for an image, click the little insert image icon, and then you just copy the url of the image or video.

Best thing to do is to use an image hosting service like photobucket, when you upload an image it gives you the code to insert into a forum.

If using another service just paste the url into the Image option on a new posts (the mountain icon)

YouTube videos are the only video that can be embedded, just past the url vido into the link option (the world icon, with the link symbol)
