How do you make a smoothie?

Me and my cousin were baking cakes yesterday and then clicked in our minds, how do you make a smoothie? Will someone help us so we can make one please?🙂
 
I had never actually tasted nor new what a smoothie was till last friday i had a smoothie now i like am addicted so yup that link helps alot! I'm a smoothie addict (hey at least its not drugs) but the smoothie i had had rum i think in it.
 
I only knew from watching this Mary-Kate and Ashley film on Nickelodeon but I'm in the modd for trying new foods/drinks out so that's why I wanted to know. Thanks Belisama.
