I do! Let me know if I can help. 🙂
So here's the thing. It's "an introduction" to law.
I've failed it three times (and I'm starting to get sick of it T.T)
At the exam, he always asks a few definitions, some numbers (how many judges in what Court and what kind of judge), some true or false (that are sometimes tricky in the way they are asked) and...the Big Bad: The Casus. The question on the more points, where he asks things like "In front of which institution do I have to go if I want to introduce a resort against a decision taken by the Cassation court in a affair concerning a murder caused by a problem of debt with an amount of 1680 euros?"
To be able to answer that (because sometimes the predicat is just wrong so none institution is good), you must think about:
- Where can I introduce a resort?
- Can I introduce a resort against a decision of the Cassation court?
- Is the Cassation court the one in charge for murder?
- Does the fact that it's about a debt change anything?
- If yes, does the amount of the debt change anything in that case?
Then you can answer the question. But if you answered any of the previous question wrong, the whole thing is wrong. It's always there I lose my points.
I already have done I don't know how many plans of who does want, who decides what, what the amount of money change in the affair...Everything. And I keep failing.
I've tried plans, summarizes, flash cards...And still, I still have to resit that goddamn exam.
Help?
