So I'm loving it a lot due to my boyfriend and I both enjoying it. So is it Joss related? Cause there are so actors in both shows but I can't really find any connections!

Also are there any other Barney/Robin shippers out there? Or am I just crazy? I was going to try and find a HIMYM forum to talk about it with but I prefer this board!

I love HIMYM! I've seen all but a few episodes in season 1 online, and I'll definitely be watching the new season.

You're definitely not the only Barney/Robin shipper...I'm one, too. I guess some people may be against them because they're stuck on the idea of Robin being the mother, which we knew wasn't going to happen by the end of the first episode.

Oh, and I hope Stella isn't the mother. I mean, didn't Ted just meet her seven or eight episodes before he proposed? Luckily, I have a feeling the mother won't be revealed for a long time. And even if it is Stella...well, at least it's not Victoria.
 
Ok, if any mods want to merge this with the other ones then they can go for it! There's no way Robin is going to be the mother! I don't mind Stella so much, I love Scrubs so it's kind of cool seeing her on HIMYM. I only just realised today on my 2nd viewing that Sandy Rivers was Wesley, really tripped me out!!

So Season 4 is coming out tomorrow right? Going to be sweet!
 
i hate the idea of Robin being the mother.. robin/barney is so awesome!! *.* (I hope stella is not the mother either, i don't like her. But i don't think she is. 🙂 )
 
Well, we know Robin is not the mother...otherwise Ted wouldn't refer to her as Aunt Robin all the time.

And OMG, is EVERYONE shipping Robin and Barney? Well me too, so little surprise there, but, wow, I wouldn't have expected that much shipping. Well, I hope the writers make us happy 😀

Also, yaaaaay, tomorrow the new season starts 😀
 
i'm soooo excited about tomorrow. Monday was suposed to be the worst day of the week but it's now actually the best: Prison Break, Gossip Girl, How I met your mother.... mondays are no longer boring!! 😀
 
No I can't wait for Monday! I didn't realize that Barney/Robin was such a popular ship either.
I can't wait to see what happens with those two in the next season. I can't wait to see what happens with Lily and Marshall as well, they can't just leave them happy forever, that's not good for television. It would be nice to see Lily become a bit more successful with her art.

I agree. I actually thought that some of her paintings were great. 🙂 but it seems like the only ones who like them are dogs lol
 
I love HIMYM. I've got Seasons 1 & 2 on DVD but I haven't seen any of 3 and won't be seeing any of 4 too soon. I hate living in the UK sometimes haha, they don't show any of the good American TV shows!
