Dawn is NOT a SIT. The reason the first is back is because when willow ressurected her, she was brought back into the slayer line, disrupting it, because now there will always have to be two slayers, one when Buffy Dies and one when Faith dies.

On angel, Angel is turned into Angelus, Faith has escaped from prison and she helps the gang get him back. She leaves to go help Buffy (there are 5 episodes left in the season). Wesley has been somewhat re-accepted in the group, but he doesnt work with them.

Buffy rejects Faith's help at first, but eventually lets her help. The scoobs find out why the first is here exactly, and either Faith or Buffy has to die while a spell is being preformed, to stop a slayer from being called, there fore setting things right, and only one slayer existing at a time.

Faith offers herself, Buffy argues. Willow tells them that before one must die, they have to contain the first, because killing a slayer now will do no good. Before the second last episode, Willow calls Angel, only saying "We need your help".

There is an epic battle against the first with all the SIT, Willow, Dawn, Xander, Cordy, Angel, Wesley, Gunn, Fred, and Buffy.
When the first is weakened, Willow begins to preform the ritual, while Faith is holding a knife to her chest.

Buffy tells Angel that she has to be the one to go, kisses him, and just as Faith raises the knife, Buffy comes between the blade and faith. Buffy dies, and the first is gone.

This isn't meant to cover eveything that will happen, By the time faith arrives on angel, they have already killed giant demon thing, and now that I think about it, Id like to see conner involved in the big fight at the end of buffy.
And it'd be cool to see Buffy and the Scoobs reaction to Connor

I thought that now Buffy/Angel are now made by different networks there was NO chance of them ever appearing in one anothers shows.

I'm sure I read that on a site somewhere

It was recently confirmed that the executives of UPN and TheWB is giving Joss free hands on crossovers as this might be the last seasons of Angel and Buffy.

And so
Willow will appear in an Angel episode in March, I think its March 3rd or 13th. And Angel will appear the Buffy finale, unsure of airdate
