How many issues does Faith appear in?

Too lazy to count, but she is in every issue in the No Future For You arc, then reappears in Predators and Prey arc, then in almost all issues of Retreat, Twilight and the Last Gleaming arcs.
Go investigate in more detail if you wish. Btw, I just noticed that they lack P&P arc links, but Faith is in 1 issue there , I think, on the run with Giles and then they return together in Retreat.

ladydorotea is correct. Faith's in issues 6-9, 24, and 26-40.
Issues 6-9, No Future For You, is a story about Faith (and Giles kinda). Imo, there's no harm in just reading those 4 issues. Although... Then I feel like you might as well just read the the first 5 issues. 😛
