How old is James?

Really? No way...hes too d*mn hott to be 41! D*mn now I'll never get a chance with him!🙁lol
 
didnt once Joss say that james was older than him? I remmeber reading an interview but I cant memer where... my money is on 43 or so as thats what it said!
 
At tvtome.com, James' birthday is said to be in 1962, which would make his approximately 41 or 42. At www.godesktop.com/actors/james_marsters/biography.html it says that he was born in 1969. However, the guys in his band were born in 1983 (Aaron) and 1984 (Kevin). I couldn't find the years for the other 2 guys. But I seriously doubt that for guys in their early twenties would want to be in a band with someone old enough to be their dad. So I'm guessing that he's probably not 42.

Charlie is 20, I believe. James was born in 1962 and turned 41 on August 20th of 2003. He stated his age as 41 at several cons and in articles and TV interviews in 2003. His comment at Dragon*Con, which I heard, along with about 1300 other people, was "I'm 41 and proud of it!" (to which the crowd cheered.)

The age differences in the band is a little unusual, but Steve is in his thirties. Steve and Charlie are stepbrothers and Charlie met James when he (Charlie) was living with Steve. Think about it this way"”what actor, at this point in his or her career, would lie and say that he/she was older? Again, it's understandable that it's so confusing because so many different sites say conflicting things, and indeed, James has been quoted as saying several different ages, or at least "hedging" the issue in the past. But, from what I understand, the main reasons for that was because the network and Buffy people wanted his age kept quiet while he was on the show. (due to the age difference with SMG and the demographics of the viewers that they targeted.)
 
Yup, James is 41. He told fans at a convention that's what age he is.

I personally cannot believe it!! He looks about 30-something at most!

He's aged VERY well imo. For being 41, he's still damn hot and sexy!

that's awful 40? he could almost be my dad! and that is just wrong, david isn't as old as him, but even he's pushing it ::grrr:: totally sucks, but it won't change how i feel :: red ::

Yep, he's 41 and will be 42 in August. I think that David will be 33 in May. They are both really talented men who happen to look really good too! 🙂
 
He is great looking, but I mean he's only in his early 40's, Johnny Depp is also in his early 40's and I think he looks great too, they both look younger than their age. I figured out James was older than his agent was having him say he was a few years ago by digging around and matching up dates of his past work and high school records/yearbooks, when I first saw him on the show though I figured he was in his late 20's.
