I am exhausted. When I get twisted and locked I just keep pushing on, the pain's the same if I stop anyway and at least Im doing something productive... my goal over winter is to do much less, smaller, more artistic and less practical projects. Be less productive and more relaxed. Connect the brain with the body again. Winter is a very quiet time in my town. Its glorious and to me, a call for deep rest.

I have to pull the fruit nets down, trim some hedges and a few tree branches so they dont fall on the house. After that I will be set for the drenching, when it comes. I have a full on few days left of work. Then I suspect my hours will be less as I work outdoors and winter will hit any day now. At least, I hope it will!
 
I am in the middle of a move, the next place is about five K's away.
I got bored living next door to the river, I'm going to try being on the edge of a forest and have a couple of Emu's for neighbours, and if my animal magnetism gets upgraded I'll give the Peacock a friendly place to rest.

It might be time to run C Cleaner or any of a number of anti-virus selections. Or try the nuclear option and do a restore. I have done it once on my Dell Inspiron because I had no other choice.
 
I stayed home because the handyman had to replace my dishwasher. R
Reading, washing my hair, shaving my legs...ha, right NOW I'm eating two donuts; one has chocolate, covered in almonds and white chocolate....lol
 
Amazing day! Started early to get the garden watered before work, then the trek to the coast began 😀 After work I went shopping for undies which didnt take long so decided to hit the beach when I was done. I chose a little bay where I spent many teenage days. Just the most beautiful spot on the planet. I think i've shared pics of it before, but they cant do a place like this justice. Breathtaking, and off the beaten track enough that i got away with a quick skinny dip. It Was a joyus drive home, only when I got to my gate I realised I wasnt wearing pants and live in the middle of town at school knock off time... haha. Luckily no one was walking past as i opened the gate wearing a towel.

It was the Most beautiful glorious day, but I am buggered now! Swimming takes it out of ya! Sposed to go out tonight but cbf and I have no clean undies, so i might just snuggle in with the buns and find something bingeable on netflix.
 
Currently melting as it is 23 degrees celsius here...am warm, mind is malfunctioning and am thinking maybe it was good my dad didn’t move us to Australia when I was a kid? (Actually no, that would’ve been awesome)

It's pretty outside today! I really have nothing to do...if I go anywhere, I'll just end up spending money. I LIKE spending money and buying things. But I'm not rich, so I have to show some control.
I'm also obsessing about how GORGEOUS Rutger Hauer was when he was young. Oh my GOD. He was just perfect. And he's tall. If I had a time machine, I swear I'd go back to 1975 Holland and find him. And have lots of babies. Definitely.

So far so good, finally started to watch the second season of Jessica Jones (2018 has been a pretty eventful year in RL).
 
I didnt like today much. Woke up at 6am, checked my email, work was cancelled. I did ponder getting up to go walkies, but chose sleep cos besides walking all I had to do was garden work and Im kinda sick of it right now!

I didnt get out of bed for a few hours, felt like absolute crap when I did finally get up. I was so stiff and decided my next big purchase will be a matress. Then I might be able finally to put my bed together and get off the floor!

I really didnt do much. walked up to the post office where I ran into my neighbours. Did a tiny bit of writing, a few online surveys while sitting in the sun, fed the chooks, cooked some eggs and potatoes, cuddled bunny rabbits and changed a litter box. I got a craving for live music, so turned on fb (cos these things dont seem to be advertised elsewhere anymore) and then made myself sick cos my fb is - horses, horses, baby, horses, death, babies, horses, bali ,bali, babies, horses.... And to make it worse my "on this day" was my horse 5 years ago. I miss her SO much.

Had a shoewer after that, cant seem to get rid of this low grade headache (maybe too much sun) and am now layed on the couch trying to relax my muscles. A little xander bunny is kissing my head better.so lucky!
 
I'm happy, I had an eye test today, one I have been putting off for around 2 years, however since they knew that they sent me a voucher for a free one. So I went and my eyes haven't changed, no new glasses needed, nothing to pay for. I'm sure they were disappointed that they got no money out of me, but I'm happy about that.

I'm also too hot at 21c here. I spent a couple of days in the sun and now I look like a lobster with freckles. When is winter coming?

Hello, you gorgeous girl! I miss you here. :(
I am also asking when winter is coming. The weather is a big deal in a farm town haha. Everyone is exclaiming how different it is this year. The trees are all confused. I have spring bulbs sprouting already! Its may and I still have capsicums and tomatoes going! Someone in town said the real rain wont come until august. I kept trying to make the most of the beautiful weather but I am at the point I NEED some cloud cover! The mornings are super chilly when its this clear. It is truely stunning, but unnearving to have so many clear blue sky days.

I do intend to go hide in the pub soon. I love the laid back atmosphere of country pubs. I am legit going over there smelling of blood and bone with an adidas jumper from 1994 on, and I'll be welcomed the same as if I was wearing a dress and makeup. Such beautiful people run it. If only they had wifi... My home one *just* doesnt reach haha.
 
Was going out to go for a hike then lunch. Got a text from a friend. Ended up joining p with me. Had hike then good food. So nice outside today! 🙂
 
The Victoria Day weekend just passed, so it is the beginning of car show season. Every Wednesday, I head up to Woodbridge for the car show in the Walmart parking lot. Don't laugh, there were several million dollars worth of cars on display including a Ford GT-40 and some Ferrari's and Lamborghini's but the bulk of the show was American muscle cars. Saturday will be the show at Canadian Tire with much the same except fewer Italian cars, but on Sunday, it is the first of the Dave's Garage meets which is exclusively Mazda MX-5 / Miata / Eunos. There are only three meetings a year, so these meets are important. The other shows are weekly until Canadian Thanksgiving.
 
Yesterday was the end of a long week for me. I'd been kept up most of the night by my wonderful scum neighbours who were arguing with a side of dog barking, from about midnight to 5am. In the communal hallway of the flats. I feel like I'm a madwoman and I must be the only person who hears it - no I'm just the only one who'll say something about it. I came home from working (I had to get up at 6am that morning) with very little sleep, to hear them still at it. I banged on the ceiling and screamed for a while, before obviously cracking their fragile masculinity with a few insults that stirred them. It eventually ended with an argument in the hallway, because hey the police won't do anything so why not join them. LOL

Therefore I was quite on edge and ready for a fight when someone banged on my door a few hours later. We don't get unannounced visitors, what the hell?
Turns out it was a friend of my partner. He had came by to say thanks for him sitting on an important hearing he was at, and his thank you was bags full of beer, cigs, boxes of chocolate, Pringles, nuts, and a bottle of Fanta, and wee wave goodbye to enjoy our night. Oh well, not all these humans are bad. 😀

It was a good garage sale day. My wife wanted a small chairside table and a bar stool so she could sit up a bit higher when she was preparing dinner. I found someone with two bar stools and she was willing to let one go for $6. A little further along, there was an estate sale where I took a look at tables and the ones in the house were too large, but there was one outside being used as a sale table that had one shelf under the top and was just the right size. That went for $5. Both got a hero's welcome when I got them home.
 
Very lazy day, went out only to buy cigarettes and some apple juice. But later a friend came over with kebabs and ice cream, so huh good thing someone still remembers that I exist
