I hate it when the anxiety meditation only makes a bit of difference. I am constantly anxious every second of everyday and it's been this way since I was about 13. I keep replying regrets and the past and feel ashamed of because I used to let myself be manipulated so often. I also tried exercising and it provides some relief but I still feel anxious.

You should ask your doctor if he'd either increase the dosage of your medication, or consider switching to another one. Severe anxiety attacks are an utter NIGHTMARE. 😥

Oh, and exercise is BRILLIANT for lowering anxiety levels. (So is music) Nevertheless, speak with your doctor about how you're feeling.

I have far less anxiety off anxiety meds. Prayer cures mine when I remember to use it! Funny now tho cos people say "well its not real anxiety you had"... Yeah tell that to the hospitals that locked me up and misdiagnosed it for 14 years then. Dickheads.


Its nice to be back online. Real life friends are nice to have but also like real work hah. Offline chats is all work and travel. Online gives many more topics and imagination in conversation. The dogs are exhausted. They've never had so much human interaction in their lifetime. The bunnies are happy to have their free roam of the house back.

I have to admit @November that prayer does reduce the levels of anxiety, especially when used properly. If you pray like (naughty word that begins with F) that you remember where you put the meds that helps.

Today was much slow. I am almost finished my crochet blanket. It should be done by the end of the week. Was thinking of knitting something next, maybe a vest. It might be beyond me. Caught up on masterchef and a little bit of my book. Did some weeding and watering, planted some lettuce and did a couple loads of washing.

I had to go up to the shire office but the lady I need to see wasnt in, so will be going back tomorrow.

Bad day. Car has some electronic issue, garage thinks I should take it off the road for 2 weeks while they sort out the part. Nah. Then driving back I moved over too far to let a bus through amd smashed my wing mirror. The other car, that was parked, had slight damage, but the guy will fix himself. I just need to pay for the mirror that broke.

I bought more pillows. Being in my nightgown, surrounded by fluffy pillows and my teddy bear is HEAVEN. So soothing! Makes me feel like a little kid without a care in the world. I'm hugging my new pillows and watching Stargate Universe right now.

The first time I went to England, I tried out the McDonald's on the A4 road just north of Heathrow and they had trifle for dessert! We never got that in Canada or the US. Let us know if there is anything at Wendy's UK that we need to get over here.

I had to drive today. I really really hate that IGA. Ridiculously expensive. Full of munted derros. Chocolate and CC's are nearly always on special there, so I stocked up on that. Home now with a headache from the excessive cigarette smell I had to navigate through.

The weather is spectacular. Nice steady rain, hardly any wind. It is delightful. The drive was absolutely stunning as usual, but there was so much dust on my car that using the wipers turned my windshield to mud. Im glad I was out on the highway and not in traffic!

Dogs havent had a walk yet today. The poodle forgot what rain was and was trying to dodge raindrops while doing a poo in the yard, before it occured to her that she has a potty spot on the patio and she raced back in to do her poop undercover.

The cheerleading people contacted me and asked if I would like to rebook my trial and so I did, now booked for a week today at 6pm.

It's arts week at the university next week and so there will be lots of free fun events to attend like art lectures, yoga, playwriting class.

Im so jealous! That will be so much fun! I am a bit of a Gabi Butler fan. Shes probably had a few too many concussions in her life but she works hard and is cute to watch. Its so much fun to be on a sports team. Enjoy it! Now I want to watch Cheer on Netflix again lol.

I cant do handstands or cartwheels anymore 🙁 I thought it was just cos I was fat, but now I know its cos my brain is falling out the bottom of my skull and that's why upside down is no longer comfortable. I still use my air track for stretching, but it is overkill considering my goal was cartwheels haha.

Yesterday was mostly good, visited a friend for most of the day amd as she lives nearer to the city popped into B&M and Dunelm too. Got a new throw and cushion for the sofa, as well as a few other bits.

Attempted to make jam, but forgot that I didn't need as much sugar as I'd added as I took some of the fruit out, so made more of a syrup instead. However it'll go great over ice cream.

My B&M is only about 10 minutes away. I went to it and the neighbouring Poundstretcher on Tuesday. I just wish there was a Poundland that wasn't either in or close to the town centre.

I mowed my lawn. I did not want to mow it - and do not like mowing it! - especially as this was the first cut of the year, but it simply would not mow itself. After three fine days in a row, I really could not justify putting it off any longer - as the rain has been stopping me for the past month - as it would only get even longer.

Spent an hour (mostly) waiting/talking to nurse before getting hep a & b shot in preparation for next months big trip 😳
Then nabbed Chipotle for lunch and treated myself to some fancy chocolates from local shoppe 😊
