Question: for those who hate Twilight passionately, do you mean the books, the movie, or both? Have you read them or do you just hate them because you're sick of hearing about them?

I've read all the books and watched all the movies. 😀 When I was first exposed to it I LOVED it, and then I heard what some of my older fellow Harry Potter fans had to say about it, and I realized how all 'round AWFUL it really is. Horribly written, two- dimensional characters, pointless plot, Edward, the hero, is a freakin' abusive boyfriend, it's all just... Blahh, it's really, really bad. I'm actually worried, simply because so many young girls love Edward and thinks he's "The perfect boyfriend", when really if someone was EVER in a relationship with somebody like Edward then they should call 911. 😀

So very true. Yea i read the books years ago , 2007? Numerous times.
And loved them very very much, i supported Twilight for ages and hated how people could dislike it. I just don't like the movies, bad acting and they've changed it a lot. I hate how popular and big it is.., i'll go to see them in the cinema anyways to see if they can prove me wrong.. I hope Eclipse is better, (it's the best book out the saga imo) but dunnoo.. I still can't stand Rob ,and Kristen annoys the feck out me(she's so pretty and she's a good actress) but not my idea of a good Bella.
The only good actor is Taylor Lautner imo.
Anyhoo this isn't a Twilight thread now is it? 😀

Hm, I thought the first book was the best. Eclipse was when I started to sense that something wasn't quite right with characters. 😀

I still can't stand Rob

I really loved Rob as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter, but Twilight totally ruined him. 🙁 He was cute and smart and nice as Cedric, and is a sociopath in Twilight. *Sigh* Went from:

ANYWAY. Why am I weird? Well, I'll lick anything. Really. I have this crazy morbid fascination with tongues. 😀

Like, last year I used to play this game with two of my guy buddies called "the pencil licking game". 😀 Basically, both of us would lick our pencils, then bite them, then stick them in our hair and pants and shirts and stuff like that, then switch and lick the other persons pencil. It also included licking people's fingers and chewing chewed gum. 😀 It sounds really weird, but really it's mad fun. 😀

Well, I am also allergic to dogs, cats, mold, dust, pollen, grass and pineapple. *sigh*

I used to work in a car mechanic shop. I love fixing, washing, and waxing cars.

I hate bananas (something about the texture weirds me out) but I love just about anything banana-flavored.

When I was 12-14 I was totally obsessed with the band Hanson. I've seen them 14 times in concert.

I used to pretend I was bitten by a radioactive spider, and I would climb up walls that were close together.

When I was about 9 years old I could impersonate my nephew (who was 6) exactly. Whenever my sister and the rest of the family visited I only ever spoke in the same voice/accent as he did, and my sister said she forgot what I actually sounded like.

I have really really sensitive skin, so I have to be careful about what products I can use.

When I was a kid I used to have a worm farm. Really. I used to carry them around with me in the playground aswell.

I don't like the majority of big parties. They make me feel uncomfortable and if I get invited to them I have to decline, unless it's just my group of friends hanging out at someones house.

When I was 10 I used to stand in front of the sliding doors at night hoping to get upducted by extraterrestrials.

I am a little bit OCD. For years I would stop the microwave before it got to zero. And if I had it on the Preview Channel and it was ten seconds or less from the next minute I would have to keep it there until it changed. I would start plucking at my eyelashes. I try not to do puzzles because I'll get obsessed with them and just do 1000 piece puzzles over and over like its Zen.

I have a congenital bone abnormality in which I have an extra elbow in each arm and extra knee in each leg. People don't notice it until I move a certain way (I guess that goes in the freaky double jointed category).

Whenever I think something I don't want to be thinking about I mentally say, "Happy Thoughts" like a mantra.

I was the only Pagan in a Christian household, the only vegan in a meat-eating household, and the only bisexual in a heterosexual household.

If I had to choose between saving an animal or a human from a burning building, I'd save the animal.

There is only one real reason I wouldn't be okay with being hit by a car or shot (if it was a minor wound). I would want to look and feel my best when it happened. If I'm going to the hospital or talking to News crews or being out of the house for a long time I want to look my best. I wouldn't want to be brain fizzly on soda or need a tic tac to cover the smell of tofu. And no tacky outfit or tangled hair or general hobo-chic appearance!

I have seen that movie and liked it. My dream was years before that. I can't believe that one dream from so long ago can make me afraid to look out a window at night in case there is a psychotic killer lurking.

I too am a repository of useless trvia. My mother said that if she ever went on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire she is using me as a lifeline. And if I don't know the answer to the question she's gonna kick my ass.

I've never had pie. I love cake and can eat a whole one by myself. (always check first to see if its veg friendly!)

I can make myself cry in under half a minute by thinking certain scenes from 7th Heaven. Mary getting hit by a car. Lucy's breakdown rant when her friend died.

i tried that when i went to Japan, and felt horrible because japanese schoolgirls were taller than me!

i can't stand disney, even the movies, and this began when i was a child. i didn't like winni the pooh and "oui-oui" either. the only Disney films i like are Aladdin, and the last one with doctor mamour.

When I was five one of my sister's friends told me that her little sister was playing with barbies/dolls and when she went to sleep they came alive and killed her. After that I would put my toys away in a drawer or in the closet when I slept. It didn't help seeing a ton of films and tv shows with "living dolls" or people that got tranformed into dolls. I became more of a stuffed animal girl. ha ha

In sixth grade everyone was supposed to write a short story and it was supposed to be non-offensive with no curse words or violence. But I decided to write a story about a girl that murders her mother's boyfriend, goes on trial, escapes lockup with her best friend, and runs off to another state to live as a waitress. He liked it enough that he showed it to the other teachers and wanted me to read it in front of everyone. Later in the year he chose me to be the student that got to go to a Writers Conference in Phoenix but I told him to pick someone else because...I didn't want to miss an episode of Xena Warrior Princess.

I took a school exam when I was 11 that said I was at a "post-collegiate" level.

I did horrible on the SAT because I spent the previous night eating junk food and watching a Law & Order: SVU marathon.
