How will Buffy eventually die?

I'm not sure how Buffy will die, but I hope it is at least meaningful. I'm curious to see how the comics turn out because there has to be a turning point where all Slayers have died but the line is revived to call Fray as the active slayer in the future.

I'm guessing the easy way out of this question is simply to have them die of old age, but I'd love for them to make a storyline where everyone but Buffy either dies or has their powers taken away from them to revive the one slayer rule.
