How would of S4 gone do you think if Cordy did not become pregnant???
 
If you mean how different would it have been if Charisma hadn't gotten pregnant, I think that Cordy wouldn't have gone into a coma. She would have had a more active part in the season finale.

If you mean how different would it have been if Cordelia hadn't gotten pregnant, I think that she would have been the big bad, not Jasmin.
 
Yeah, they really messed that up IMO. They say her character was all played out but I think she had A LOT of potential left. I think she would be great in this season as well. But then again I'm just sentamental and wouldn't mind seeing everyone together again...nope, actually, that would be denial...Why can't we just have it all?!

Anyway, I think she could have saved the day...
 
Joss had already planned out how to bring Cordy back from "Up there" but to bad he decided to write the pregnancy into the show.

I remember reading spoilers where the Cordy we see on earth was evil(but not wanting to get pregnant) and Cordy was still on the higher plane. She finds a way to get into Angels head and sits next to his soul or whatever and keeps yelling in his head about stuff but thats about all. But the season deffinatly wouldve been better to me and Cordy wouldnt be gone I would say.
 
I think it would have gone better if Joss hadn't written Charisma's pregnancy into the show...but I understand why that would have been almost impossible.

I think if they hadn't made Cordelia's character pregnant, we wouldn't have had to deal with that lame excuse for a storyline. *cough*Jasmine*cough* I was pretty much disappointed with the direction the show went in after the Cordy/Conner thing.

....of course I'm probably bitter since they killed the ONE person I thought made the show interesting.

Okay, not the ONE, but one of the ones....

I'm not making sense am I? It's just my overly obsessive side showing again...no worries. 🙂
 
i think that she wouldve been evil for a while and then returned to normal and we would have good ol' cordy back forever
 
The storyline of season 4 was pretty exciting, IMO. The only big difference that I'd care about would be to not have Cordy in this long coma. This new season is great, but...Cordy, where are you?? 🙁 Yeah, yeah...in a coma!
 
i loved how the show was going, it was suspensful and had so many surprising twists, then joss wrote in the pregnancy and it went totally downhill. Cordelia was building up to be the big bad all season and then shes in a coma with pretty much NO part. I would have liked to see them have to try and figure out how to bring Cordelia back, to have you see if Angel could sacrifice her in the end if he had to or if he could find another way, we never really had the chance to see what he would do because all of a sudden JASMINE appears. To have Cordelia continue as the big bad would have kept teh season going like it was, but i guess with Charisma being pregnant that would have been very hard to do...
 
It was hard to do sth more elaborate due to Charisma's pregnancy, but I still liked s4 as it was(-Connor)
 
If Cordy hadn't become pregnant, we would've had a completly differeny storyline, probably still with Jasmyn, but not in a lame way.

If Charisma hadn't become pregnant, she wouldn't have been kicked off the show and s5 wouldn't be what it is like now, it might have already been cancelled.
 
I have only seen a few of the episodes before Season 5, but from what I've seen, I think Cordy's storyline has been mishandled for a while now. The storyline with her visions went on for faaar too long. I watched a Season 2 episode where her visions were giving her these painful scars and burns, and I thought, wow, how interesting. Then, I watch a Season 3 ep, and the problem hasn't gotten any better. I'm almost glad that she's of the show.(note I said "almost," so spare me the hate messages.) I think if she had stayed on, Season 5 would have been far too cluttered. I'm still awaiting her return, but I won't shed any tears if she doesn't become a lead character again.
 
in a way i almost agree with Fat Elvis, how much more could they really do with her charcter, dont get me wrong i loved Cordy, and she has really really grown as a character, but what else could they really do with her....
 
Well with Wolferman & Hart letting Angel take over the company, it wouldve been intresting to see Cordelia try to find out what she would be doing in the lawfirm and have the others grow away from her. If she hadnt gotten pregnant her charecter would still be here and then I think if Joss didnt want the charecter anymore to send her out of the show instead of putting her in a coma.
 
While that would be interesting, Primal Slayer, they are doing something similar with Gunn.
 
I think that it without Cordy being pregnant (but still evil) everything would have led up to a big showdown at the end of the season with EvilCordy/The Beast/Etc. That actually would have been kind of cool, as EvilCordy wanted Connor on her side and he would have had to make a choice between his father and his lover....and Angel would have had to decide if he could defeat/kill them or not.

Especially if they made her the Eve-like character. Or the whiteroom liason (instead of having Gunn for a dual purpose)
 
I'd like to see her to try to fit in the new place...But I guess they wouldn't bring harmony that way...
