How would you end Out of mind, out of sight?

So the 'creepy' FBI guys come in and take Marci and we see a scene of her training to be an invisible killer. Of course, we never hear about Marci again (from at least to my knowledge), and when i watched today it seemed like it was typical 'we don't know where this show is gonna go, so let's experiment a bit' moment.

But what if you could decide how it would end? Would their be FBI guys? Would Marci stop being invisible? Would Cordelia have a face everyone would see? Or something else entirely?

I thought the ending they wrote where she ended up in a class of "invisibles" was pretty good, expecially when they made her first lesson infiltration and assassination and she says, "Cool!" The lesson is recalled in Season 7 when Buffy is a school counsellor and notices one girl fading away and brings her back.

I always kind of felt like it was a natural connection to make the invisible kids a secret division of The Initiative. It seemed like quite a well received episode and I don't think people would have been upset seeing that built on.

I liked how the ep ended, and I think it was an interesting idea and I would have liked to have seen that revisited.

However, there was always one thing that bothered me about that scene.

Where did all those other invisible kids come from?

We know that Marcie's 'problem' was connected to the Hellmouth; her feelings of being invisible was magnified by the power of the Hellmouth until she ACTUALLY became invisible. So...what? Were all those other people from Sunnydale? Cleveland? We know there are only two Hellmouths, but it just seems a bit strange to me that all those other people were affected the same way as Marcie.

We know that Marcie's 'problem' was connected to the Hellmouth; her feelings of being invisible was magnified by the power of the Hellmouth until she ACTUALLY became invisible. So...what? Were all those other people from Sunnydale? Cleveland? We know there are only two Hellmouths, but it just seems a bit strange to me that all those other people were affected the same way as Marcie.

We do know that there are two hellmouths in the United States, but we don't know whether or not they are the ONLY two. In fact, it would seem odd to me if there weren't hellmouths scattered all over the world. Also, whatever force caused Marcie to become invisible might not be the only way to get in that condition. There could be spells, enchanted foods or drinks, or maybe some of the people were bitten by an invisible radioactive spider.

But as for the original question, I would have had the kids being recruited by a private company specializing in corporate espionage and security. Something like Wolfram & Hart, but good guys. (Call them Lyon, Lambe, and Serafym) The covert government organizations like the Initiative, and special elite military units like Riley and Sam's group in South America have been done already.

The Buffyverse is full of bad people reforming and fighting for the good guys. Angelus, Spike, Faith, Connor, Andrew, to a certain extent, Gunn, Anya, and Illyria come to mind immediately, but there were probably more that I just can't recall at the moment. No reason Marcie Ross couldn't join their ranks.

There's always room for one more good guy.

I think it had a perfect ending, but that's just me....
I can really relate to Marci. Life sucked for me in high school,
and I've probably developed some sort of post-traumatic
high school stress syndrome of some sort. I really wish I were
invisible sometimes, too. Just like Marci....

I agree. I would have liked to seen/heard more about those other invisibles and how they ended up that way. I also think it would have been awesome to see that those guys that came to get Marci were from The Initiative.
