How Would You Like To See the Buffyverse Expanded Past Season Eight?

I personally would like to know more about the demonic side of Buffy. I've always been interesting in vengeance demons so maybe a Tales of the Vengeance Demons or something like that. Like are there male vengeance demons or are they all females, how did D'Hoffryn become ruler of Vengeance Demons and he's male, what are some other exploits that Anyanka had as there is 1000 years of tales to tell, which is a long time.

We have Slayer teams scattered all over the world now, so a generic "Slayers: The Next Generation," featuring a new group each episode or arc would be possible, and there's a whole year prior to Season 8 that just screams to be explored, plus, of course, the ones all discerning Buffy fans are praying for, "Buffy and Spike: The Married Years," and "Angel & Cordelia: True Love Triumphs."

It would have to be a comic as well dollhouse.

I'd like to see Faith doing more than slay, see if she can carve a life for herself, you know like her own scoobies.

i want to see a total buffy break down. I want her to totally fall apart loss her friends, her powers and her mind and then slowly build herself and who she is as a slayer back up.

i think it would be nice because it would add new life to her and new twist for the comics

Here's how I'd like to see it expanded(granted,I'm tackling this possibility for a virtual series I'm working on,BUT....):

We all know that vamps,demons,etc. are drawn to Hellmouths. However,they don't just appear overnight. They have to come from somewhere. (Granted,we saw Spike & Drusilla pop in one day...and Spike return,but that was the extent of exploring that angle.) What if...there are a few cities around a hellmouth that act as gateways? And there reside people who-even if they don't have slayer abilities-try their best to stop them from reaching a hellmouth?

I would also love to see a Faith spinoff. Her character still has so far to go and so many things could be done with her storyline.
I would love to see a flip side version of the Buffyverse.... like stories written from the baddies POV.
So many things could be done with the stories Joss and co have created that don't revolve around Buffy... not that I don't love her. I mean, any spinoff would be amazing because it would still be with characters we know... but we could be introduced to other sides of them and see how they develop WITHOUT their main heroine...


Ah, and I would die to see something written post-Fray even. What would slayers be like generations from now?

Pretty much anything could be done with the remains of this series and I'd fall in love with it. =]

Well, on the none-joking side, I think a spin-off of any character would be cool. To be honest, I wanna go a little more into Xander's story; see more how he delt with Anya's death, but I don't think that would be good for a spin-off. I think that a Faith spin-off might be good, or one on one of the new slayers.

I'm guessing that since Season 8 had so many changes in issue projection numbers and that Season 9 is confirmed but as a much shorter season that this really is the endgame for Buffy. It appears that when breaking the story something came to mind that altered plans and gave the short Season 9. I suspect that any continuation of the story would be told through Fray.

In which case, almost anything could happen.
