How would you recast BTVS?

Just try to imagine a Buffy show with some of the more...uh...imaginative...casting suggestions on this thread.

OZ wants Conan as Giles
I want Janet Jackson as Cordelia
Alleycat wants one of the Olsen twins as Dawn.
Angel's_Girl wants Freddie Prinze jr. as Angel

Can you just imagine an alternate universe where something like that could happen?

Wouldn't that be a hoot.
 
This is hard... I can only see Mathew Perry playing Xander. That is because I can picture NB and MP swiching roles/tv shows for a day. 🙂
 
I have an idea, how we cast a Justice League movie using BTVS/ATS actors?
Superman- Marc Blucas
Batman- David Boreanaz
Wonder Woman- Charisma Carpentar
Green Lantern- Nicholas Brendon
Flash- Seth Green

Watcher Wes...I like your choices and your idea. You should make THAT a thread of it's own. I think it would do good...

I accept some of the choices you all mentioned over my own but I am sticking to my guns on two in particular...
Spike nees a Colon Farrel attitude and I love Heath Ledger as Angel. I think he's just got it. Think of a mix of his characters in 10 Things I Hate About You and A Knights Tale...he'd have dark hair of course...

Too cool... I'd rob a convenience store to see that movie.

But hey, I'm out of touch. Isn't the Green Lantern black now?

And little Seth Green running around at super-speed. What a hoot.

Oh yeah and Hostile 17, those choices are absolutely inspired.

Conan as Lorne. I'm so for that one (providing he doesn't sing)

And David Bowie as Giles, or Mick Jagger as Ethan Rayne. At first you think it's crazy, then you go, "Yeah. I wanna see that."

Rene's idea of Tina Fey as Fred would also fit in well with your idea of crazy casting that makes sense.
 
Actually, little known fact, Conan O'Brien has a beautiful singing voice, and was actually offered the role of the Music Man in a tv special.
