they choose you if they approve of your potential ability etc, there is a thread explaining it somewhere😀

you got to be active poster, sence of humor, post in losts of different forums, be helpful to others, and have something interesting to say in your posts..i think thats the general gyst...

its not something you ask them for, they ask you 😉

lol...i've never looked at the code...

just post with quality...and be steady....thats all it takes....i'm not sure they gonna need any more mods...seems like more mods post regularly than other members....lol
