Hey everyone. I'm new to the boards (obviously) just wanted to say hi. I joined earlier this week and have just sort of been lurking around for the most part. I am getting ready to start a rewatch of Buffy and Angel and figured I would join a forum to discuss the show.

Also on a side not can you not upload custom avatars here or am i just overlooking the option?

Welcome!! This is a great forum! It is the only forum I know of that doesn't allow custom avatars. It was weird at first, but now I kinda like it. 🙂
 
Are we allowed to submit a picture of a buffy character to possibly be used as an avatar? If not that is fine just figured I would ask.

You can upload pictures to the gallery. There's no guarantee that they'll turn into avatars in the future but it do happen a lot. Just be patient, it can take months before new avatars are made. The staff (or if it's only Darla) got more important things to take care of.

You're right though, I wish there was a way to upload our own avatars. Oh well, the staff knows what they're doing, I guess.
