Eliza's Faith and Hudson's Callisto have a lot in common I would think, both were warriors with dark sides to them that found redemption and chnaged around.
Yep, I agree so much with you about that. It's clear, if you like Faith you probably like Callisto.
They are the "complicated" characters of the shows I daresay. Complicated, intricate & sooo interesting.
Maybe anyone is interested about this? I know some ppl make great analysis about Faith character, I'd like to hear what they have to say about this (Jill Valentine among them :whatever: )
Both are the very opposite of the main character :
on plain points, but maybe worth to notice maybe like the Blonde / brunette thing. Then, about morals (Xena's reformed & Buffy always was "ok"), weapons...
Both (Faith & Callisto) are not bad from the beginning (Callisto from the beginning of the show but not from the beginning of the story we know about her, like she would have grown up quite a great child I'm sure, had her mother lived), there is always a reason why (jealousy & revenge). It's for both connected to he lack of a mother, & lack of affection during childhood.
What else, oh yep, both try to get or harm or kill the heros' lover (Gabrielle / Hercule? & Spike / Riley / Angel).
And then, mostly, both character, despite their acts, are not hateful like any other baddy, we feel a sort of pity, & understandingness for them, cause after all, they are not to blame, society & fate are to blame for letting them down that way & turning them the way they are now !
Lol, I know :nopity: I shut it now :whatever:
