Variety has learned exclusively that Gabriel Luna will star in the recently announced Hulu live-action series based on the comic book character. This will mark the second time that Luna has played Ghost Rider, previously appearing as the character in the ABC-Marvel series “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” However, sources stress that this will be a completely new iteration of the character in no way connected to the “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” storyline.

In addition to “Ghost Rider,” Hulu has also ordered a live-action Marvel series “Helstrom.” They join the upcoming animated Hulu-Marvel shows based on Howard the Duck, M.O.D.O.K, Hit-Monkey, and Tigra and Dazzler. Hulu also airs the live-action Marvel series “Runaways,” which is going into its third season.

I'm sure if they didn't have the no-compete clause all of the Defenders would be going from Netflix to Hulu.

Ghostrider was the boringest part of AoS. Runaways was also terrible. Im surprised there is more of the Defenders, that was so forgettable.

@HoppyHippy Runaways is fairly decent, though I can't see it lasting much longer in terms of storyline. The parents are definitely the strongest part of the show.

Dazzler has ties to the X-Men which means that Disney is starting to use their newly acquired X-Men property from Fox. They'll save the big hitters for future movies but if the mutants exist in the avengers universe, then that means Rogue exists too and Captain Marvel is going down.

Dazzler is the only one I would watch...
