Hunger Games fans

I was waiting for someone to start a Hunger Games thread. 😀

I'm actually a new fan. I finished The Hunger Games the other day and just started Catching Fire. 🙂

Anyways, I tried that website, but for some reason it wouldn't work for me. 🙁

EDIT: Nevermind. I think I'm District 12. 🙂

WileyDairyGnome Ohh really? 😀 I can't remember if we've had one before.

Last August, before the release of MockingJay, I read Hunger Games and Catching Fire and then read Mockingjay. I read all three books in about a little over a month.

Lol. After I did mine, I was like "Ohh. I guess I'm District 1." 😀

Ohh awesome! 😀 Maybe I can beat your record. 😉 I finished Hunger Games within 5 days, and I already read over 100 pages of Catching Fire within 2 days. 😀

I read The Hunger Games already, and I recently bought Catching Fire and Mockingjay, but I still have to find time to read those. I liked the first one, though.

You should definitely read them soon. 🙂 I'm still on Catching Fire so haven't read Mockingjay yet, but I heard that Mockingjay was sort of lame compared to the others. :/

I think I broke my Harry Potter record with Hunger Games actually. Read the whole trilogy in, I don't know, about four, five days about two weeks and I cried pretty much non-stop. It really helped that the whole thing was out already and I didn't have anything to do.

I was really surprised by how much I ended up liking
Finnick. Mockingjay really broke my heart, but I was SO affected by his fate.

I'm going to make a real speedy comment here and say that I started reading the first book yesterday and after the first chapter I'm just so excited.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I didn't want to make a new one...

So I finished Mockingjay a few days ago, it took me 2 days. Oh my gosh amazing. 😀 I cannot wait for the movies.

:) I can't wait for the movie either!

I'm glad you did, I didn't know this thread existed!

Big Hunger Games fan here, can't wait for the movie. Abbeycat, it's OK, you can be a District 1 rebel! Is that site kid-friendly, since I'm thinking about passing on that link to my 11-yr old neice. She's pretty mature for her age (gifted), but still....

Hmm, it's requiring me to use either Twitter or FB to log in there. No thanks. I don't like to use FB to log in anywhere, I don't want another site having access to all my info on FB.

I can't wait for the movie either. Oh, and since the last time I posted in this thread, I have read Catching Fire and Mockingjay and I absolutely loved them (yes, Mockingjay as well.)

I know, I love the trailer! 😀 I watch it like every day.

I loved Mockingjay as well. I can see why people didn't like it as much as the others, because it's very different than the others. It's more focused on the war of Panem, but it's still amazing. 😀

Mockingjay was my least favourite, mainly because
of Peter's being insane and Finnick's death. I loved Finnick.

Are they making the whole trilogy into movies?
