i could careless if the mods like it or not...keep updating the swear bin just for me....i'm flattered...all the mods are worst than the [edited] fcc...

hahahah...you mods think words are obscene...that's just stupid...
 
Kinda childish don't you think, they just want to keep things nice and clean, if you don't like it, why are you at these boards anyway, there are enough other boards out there, that might meet up to your needs of swearing, cursing and profane language more!

Okay people, can I just remind you that these are public discussion forums about one of the greatest tv shows on the planet? Hmmm? hmmm? do we remember? yes? Good...

Now remember that Buffy and Angel are viewed by a varying age range by those in their teens right across the board and as this is the case, we have to cater to the younger generation too which means cussing is not allowed, when you signed up you agreed to that so generally, being creative with the spelling of swear words is frowned upon....

But now to the warm hearted welcome from me.... enjoy your stay with us and stick to rules... we'll all get along all swell like if you do 😀

hmmm....you mods who make the rules....who add misspelled curse-words onto a edit list...who are afraid of talking like real people...need to get out of your fantaxy BUFFY WORLD in which people can flack and kill but can never murmur a curse word...

I am for the use of swear words...but do concede that curse words should not be used to molest another user....but the way you got it now...its a damn shame.... cuz like real people...this site has to grow...lol...sp moment
 
You agreed to the rules when you signed up, we aren't prudes... we just believe in protecting the younger members on the forums and those who do not like the use of swear words in posts, you may find this harsh but it should be a given thing to respect the requests of the other members... we don't want to be known as a community of foul mouthed buffy fans...

The rules are there, respect them, they were put there for a purpose and if they are broken, posts will be edited or deleted and you'll be notified via PM, simple as that... we're not restricting your right to free speech, we just hope that forum members can get their point across without the use of curse words.
 
if you don't want to follow rules get out of here ther are plenty more forums you can go to if you want to swear, what are you kid's , do you HAVE to swear to get your point across, we're all friends here there is no need

I get your point, but those rules aren't only for kids, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they're also here to ensure that the member treat each other respectfuly and to ensure that we stay polite to each other, act like grown-ups, which some of us are!
 
I'm closing this thread now, as each side has made its point and its deviated from the 'welcome to the boards stage'.
