Hi. Im new here and loving the boards. I am a Buffy fanatic in every sense of the word. I still watch the episodes daily and sometimes in marathon form. I get OMWF's songs stuck in my head and I just adore Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I also like Angel but I only started watching after Buffy went off the air and then the evil WB took it from me. I hate them.

Anyhoo I joined because all my friends think I'm quite mad as Buffy has been off the air for over a year and I still talk about the show/keep up to date with the possibilites of spin-offs, new shows, autograph singings, etc....So yeah Fanatic.

I really enjoy the messages Joss was trying to convey as well. The amazing blends of reality (The Gift should have won an emmy) and fiction were amaaaazing. The hidden meanings are fantastic although I can be a bit slow to realize them. I read an interview in which he said the monsters of Sunnydale pretty much were the "personifcation" of the trials and tribulations of growing up. and I was like OMG that makes soooo much sense. (yup Im slow) My friend says it was obvious..anyhoo nice to meet you all..
