I can't visit Buffy-Boards on my computer :(

Today I wanted to visit (idk if that's the right word for an internet page) BB on my computer but I can't open BB. I really can't go on the website. 🙁 Do you know how I can fix that? If not... maybe I'll find other help, but I'm not sure. Thanks for the help 🙂.

What happens when you go to the website? Do you get an error? Can you post a screenshot?

It's in german. I think the translation of it would be something like that:
The page can't be shown
and then they say that I should activate "TLS 1.0", "TSL 1.1" and "TSL 1.2" I checked it and they are activated. Then they say that if the problem is still not solved that they maybe think the website isn't safe or something like that and that I should contact the websiteadministrator. (And there is also a link to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/de-de...upported-in-internet-explorer-11-or-microsoft but the page is in german I can't find where to make it english so you can understand and help me 🙁) Thank you so much for the help. 🙂

It sounds like an issue with your browser's security settings, or possibly a firewall if your computer is behind one.

Have you tried using a different browser?

If you are not already, try typing the site in manually. Be sure to include the S in https and see if that works.

the website doesn´t seem to support "RC4". I don´t know what that is but it seems to be the problem (of course I´m not 100% sure if it´s the problem). If you know what it is could you check it for me please?

Btw I´m not sure if this helps but I use BB all the time on my computer even yesterday, the problem ocured today, for the first time.
