I don't like lima beans!๐Ÿ˜›

Kale
Asparagus
Brussels Sprouts
Sweet potatoes
Alfalfa sprouts
Cauliflower

I'll eat your cauliflower if cooked right (not soggy), especially with salt and pepper, cheese sauce, and rice. But we're going to have to find someone else to foist the rest of those on. :/

Brussels Sprouts

Yes. They taste horrible. And they look like something that's going to wake up and try to eat you instead.

Beets - hate them with the heat of a nova! ๐Ÿ˜ก

Yeah. Beets are pretty bad. But my dad cooked them with a honey mustard sauce that made them edible.

I really do not understand your viewpoint @XanderesqueMan, how could a Brussel Sprout get up and eat you after it has been cooked, I mean who the (?!?) cooked them? If I had cooked them I doubt if they could become unstuck from the bottom of the pan . . and who'd eat them anyway? If the green wasn't enough to turn you off eating them, my way of cooking them, until they are black all over should surely put you off eating them.
Black Brussel Sprouts should be something not to behold!

Um. Undead sprouts, back from the grave? @NotASlayer did suggest they might be vampiric.

Burnt brussel sprouts. Hm. As much as I hate the taste of them normally, I'm not sure charred is the extra flavor profile I'm looking for.

I second brussel sprouts and eggplant

Broad Beans; rubbery and tasteless.

Courgette; like soggy tasteless cucumber.

Celeriac; what even is this! It tastes like rancid bum.

Personally I think people who don't like Brussel Sprouts just haven't eaten them cooked well (as in correctly). I remember at school they tended to get boiled to soggy death, but if (fresh sprouts) are cooked properly and seasoned a little then they're really good.
Dare to insult the courgette and celeriac but defends the brussel sprout.

No, sir. Just no.
*shakes head in disappointment*

Don't you judge me.
Maybe if somebody ever came up with a good recipe for courgettes or celariac...but they can't because nobody really likes them, they just pretend to. It's a whole scheme involving Big Veg, it must be....
