i just got a car, my parents brought it for me 😀
it's a Ford Capri Convertible!
i'll post a pic as soon as i get one 😀
 
Well, you're one Lucky Lady, then ... I wish they would give me a car, when I'm 18, but my guess is that I won't be as lucky as you are!

Wow! What a cool first car! Congrats!

My first car was an old banger - a ford fiesta that was 13 years old (and I had to pay for it myself). You are v. lucky 🙂
 
i got one too the other day!!! can't drive it yet though got to sort my insurance out cos i've done an advanced driving course to reduce my car insurance!
 
I was thinking of doing one of those courses but never got round to it! It's a bit late now as I've been driving for a couple of years. You have to do it quite soon after you pass don't you? Within a year or something!

Is it worthwhile? Do you learn lots?
 
yeah you have to do it within a year or its pointless cos you don't get a diso**** on your insurance! iut was worthwhile in the respect that i'd never drove on a mmotorway before and i got some experience doing that so it was worthwhile!!! (also i get up to £300 quid off)
 
Congrats to you to, but why do you guys all "receive" cars? ... and to Carlyh, what car do you have?
