We still learned the f-word as "slang for cigarettes" in school (but then, my last English teacher's language was oddly dated both in his English and his German, lol)... so I was pretty confused the first time I heard it in the other context. "Why is he calling that dude a cigarette, like, because he's skinny or what?" ???

We have something like that here. It's called Sarma. It's round like this, but it has orange sauce.
