through 6.5 seasons of buffy...buffy has sweated a total number of 1 time on camera...
i wish anyone would sweat...just to make it seem more human...
perhaps buffy isn't hydrating before patrolling...
 
Well she is the Slayer, she doesn't get all tired like everybody else that easily. But the problem is, the intense fighting parts are done, by stuntdoubles, so while they are breaking their sweats in an action sequence, the actor and actresses lay back, relax and have a drink, and they don't get tired and don't get sweated and then in the next frame, we see the heads of the cast, who have been relax, without a single bit of sweat. So there's the cause, now to fix this bugs, they could let the cast do their own stunts, but they already have a very busy schedule and we don't want to risk their pretty faces (specially not Alyson's) or we could have them run around like mad-man on the set, while the stunt-sequence is being shot, but then we might hear them in the background and the crew would get really distracted and they would tire out faster and they would not be able to shoot as many scenes on a day as they do now. So there is only one option remaining ... drown them in gallons of water!

And have you ever noticed that when she fights she always fights in pants? Except that one time in "Flooded" in the bank, she has always fought in pants...I know this doesn't make any sense but I was reading an interview with SMG, and she said that you know when she is going to be kicking it when she wears pants...

It's probably to ensure that we don't get to see her underwear, which could happen if she wore a skirt, then again it could be cut out, I guess it also fights easier ... but I must admit, I'm not an expert on fighting while wearing skirts.

Maybe it wasn't straight forward name-calling, but you know what I mean. I don't know why this RichardBeater guy came into it, but everybody should stop ganging up on each other. Allycat, you shouldn't have brought up the other quote in the first place ("perhaps some people in this thread have a little too much time on their hands...") - that was already said and done. I'm not defending what Soulgasm said, but when he said 'gay', he wasn't talking about homosexuals, so don't take it in that way. Being bisexual myself, if I took offense everytime somebody used the word in that way, then I'd be mad at half the world.

Yeah, even though some people would prolly enjoy seeing her underwear, I don't think that Sarah would like us to see them. Also, its prolly way more comfortable to be able to work in pants if you keep on having to reshoot, over and over and over. The same for heeled shoes. I don't think she wears really high heels when she kicks butt on screen, does she?

Soulgasm: Why are you even on the boards if all your gonna do is put people down? It doesn't seem to me, that you want to be here, so why are you? Also, please stop using language like what you have been using. Its distracting from the topic.
