What is a 'sook'?

I only ask because if I am going to be insulted (I'm assuming insult due to the douche BUT this guy could be paying me a compliment - mentalists come in all shapes and sizes don'tcha know!), I imagine the person doing the insulting would like me to understand what they are on about.

Being I'm a Yorkshire man, I do know quite alot of insults, or other terminology, but obviously not all - so your assistiancioni would be appreciated🙂

Well, you see, that's because there are these instructions we follow, y'know, like a list of things members should and shouldn't do, and what we do about them? Sort of like....what's the word.......a list of "rules"? You might have heard of them, no?
