Holy crap. This means I have hit that "post reply" button 12,000 times over the years. For someone with a VERY short attention span, that's kind of odd. 😄

I joined on a whim back in 2015, after watching Buffy for the first time on FX. The minute I saw Dark Willow, I was hooked. Searched for Buffy site, and this was the only active one. So I joined. The rest is history. 😋

Sure, there were a few hiccups in the beginning. And it was "strongly suggested" that I adjust my behaviour if I wanted to remain a member here. So I did. 😇 (Well, kinda sorta lol) Basically, my current strategy is "fly low and avoid the radar."

Too many times, in my book. I've been here since 2005 and only hit that reply button 3,556 times. Although, I'm convinced some of my post count has been scrapped over the years during updates.

I miss seeing syndicated Buffy. I used to watch it every morning when I was in grade school (after previously have seen the majority of the series as it aired on the WB/UPN). And then flipped to TNT to watch Angel/Charmed reruns.

Actually, the boss was quite reasonable when she asked me to behave better. Unfortunately, I gave her a smart ass reply and got temp banned. That got my attention pretty quick.

I don't normally do this, but since today is a special day, I'm going to share the private message that was waiting for me when I returned:

Well, if we're going to be completely honest, one of the reasons I began acting up was because somebody named Mr Pole kept trolling me when I was new. It pissed me off, so I reacted. And kept reacting. 😋

Actually, your remarks were bad enough for the boss to step. "That remark wasn't necessary, Mr. Pole." And yes, that's a direct quote. I remember shit like that. 😋

But over the years, you've proved yourself to be (and I can't believe I'm saying this) a pretty decent guy. Plus, you like Dune and Airheads, so you can't be all bad. 😘
