...when you're "walking" in your sleep. Haha guys remember that old Romantics song? Talking In Your Sleep? Remember?....or am I only one stuck in the 80's....😛

Anyway.

Sleepwalking. Its a very strange phenomenon, and it always fascinated me. Okay, it disturbed me as well. 😉 I got to thinking about it after I saw this funny video of a son who videotaped his mom sleepwalking, and her reaction to it.

My mom does the same thing. I would be downstairs watching TV, and she would just walk down, clearly in a daze, and head straight for the refrigerator. She starts eating everything in sight, and she starts humming and dancing while she does it. Haha! But sometimes sleepwalking can be dangerous. My cousin sleepwalks as well, and his father, my uncle, noticed it. He walked up to my cousin and started messing with him, then all of a sudden he started to choke him out. In his sleep. That was scary.

When I was young, I would sleepwalk. My grandma and mom have both had to keep me from walking out of the house before... I haven't done it (to my knowledge) in years, but I do talk in my sleep a lot. LOL
 
It is weird, I agree. I've never done or seen it, but have heard stories. One guy walked home, blocks.... all in his sleep...so part of you must be awake - or alert - to navigate your way - but you're asleep

Very strange.
