I love my local library!

I've said this before, but I did a lot of my Buffy season 8 reading via my local library before I decided to buy the TPBs. There are so many IDW Angel comics I just couldn't justify buying them all, so I read AtF via an "alternative" route (ahem). My local library system only has the Immortality for Dummies collection, but they offer interlibrary requests, so I put in my requests and Angel : crown prince syndrome, Spike: The Devil You Know, Angel: Only Human, and Angel: Last Angel in Hell will be arriving tomorrow. Squee! I love public libraries!!!

I will at some point buy AtF though, because it is so fabulous. Maybe when I find some good prices on used Premiere Editions.

Lucky you! I used to be able to do that, but because of budget cuts in California, we no longer can. There are about 5-6 comics at my local library (an hour away).

Well, it will cost me $1 per request, but that's a heck of a lot cheaper than purchasing the hardback collections! I don't believe that the Angel comics came in TPBs, did they?

Some did. Angel after the fall came out in 4 TPBs, and Spike ATF I think too, then some other mini series and such.
