Hey, im going to see eliza on saturday at the nec in birmingham, and i was thinking of getting messages from all her fans, print them off and give themt o her in a book type thing?
What do you think, if you wanna leave a message, feel free. 🙂

At least for me this is "wow" 'cause I live in Argentina and Eliza (I'm sure) will never come here.. so it's kinda a way to let her know she has a lot of fans in South America too!

Here's my message to Eliza:

"Hey, Eliza! My name is Santiago, I'm 16. Words are not enought to express what I feel when I see you every week on screen. Your talent and dedication is really amazing. I love the show, and no one could play Tru like you do. Well.. I'm from Argentina (South America) and, in spite the show has been shown here for the first time in early March, the show is really a sucess, you have a lot of fans here! 😀. Ok... if you feel like mailing fans here's my e-mail (santuli@fibertel.com.ar). And remember, Eliza: Argentina loves you and supports you. Thank you for all you've done so far.

Hey Eliza, get your ass over to Northern Ireland sometime soon! You rock my tv! It's great to see a good female actress on tv who doesn't need to take her clothes off to get somewhere. Keep up the good work. And please..you must check out trucallingnet!love, sarah-louise

Hey, afetr 7 hours of waiting i finally met her! i was shaking soo much though, i gave her the messages from people and as i handed them over my hand was like mega sahkey!(how embarrassing!)
i just said hi, and yes i wanted my autograph with the gold pen, and i said about the messages, then asked if she was fed up(she'd been signing for like 6hours. she just said her arm was a bit tired.
Then i kinda ran off!lol
my friend got 2 shake her hand.
and i took loadsa pics. 🙂

If you took pics why don't you post them on this thread so we can see that would be totally cool to see. That must have been a really cool experience...I wish I could have that kind of excitment. lol.
 
Hey i met her today too!!! I was the very last person!!! OMG it was soo amazing!!! I wanna go again tomorrow!!!
 
I wish I was over there it would have been worth the price of a ticket.

Just a little something showing Eliza's enormous popularity. On a non-sport card site I frequent they were giving reports on the Birmingham Memorabilia Fair that eliza is signing at today and tomorrow. It appears the organizers way underestimated her drawing power as for Saturday alone they sold 800 tickets to get Eliza's autograph (that's where they cut it off or they'd have kept selling them all night). 2 things make this number impressive, 1- That is more than the combined total of all the other guests they had signing, including a couple of Bond girls and 2- the cost for a ticket to get Eliza's autograph was £20.00. They only managed to get through to about number 630 today and the remaining ticket holders were given priority for tomorrow. Assuming another 630 tickets get used that's 1260 at £20 a pop for £25200 (around $50,000 U.S.). There were a fair number of signers and the charge ranged from £5 to £20 (only Eliza and the Bond girls charged £20).
 
Hey! So pleased for everyone that met Eliza this weekend (jealous 2 mind), i couldnt make it down to Birmingham coz it was such short notice! 🙁

But my friend met her yesterday and got me a pic signed and this is what Eliza told my friend to tell me >> 'Aw, i'm sorry she couldn't come but tell her I said a big hello!!" 😀😀 Yay!!

Anyways looking forward to seeing people pics 😀

hi new girl here,
i also went ot birmingham yesterday on a whim but got issued with ticket 761 {so i basically no chance of getting an autograph] but thanks very much to the staff and the events organiser i was allowed to pass on agift to Eliza via the organiser and to ask her a question !!! my little girl then had the opportunity to wave hello [to faith as she calls her] i apologise now to the poor fan i ambushed in the middle of her sighning !!! so thanx to eliza and all the staff and that poor fan !
 
Hi New here and I met her too

She was lovely and we had a chat even though it was brief.
Said I liked the new show and she told me to stay tuned as it get's better. i talked to her about Hudson too ( she was the victim in the pilot) as I have meet her on several occasions.
It ended with her smiling and telling me to take care and I too walked away shaking

these are better than mine, cos mine are all from the side, my friend got an ace one though, eliza is actually looking at her camera.

OMG... they only got to 630! Im glad I didnt hang around cos I woulda been so disappointed. I got there at 11.30, cos I had to drive down from Newcastle!!! So at that time I had 807... im sad and kept the ticket just to prove I was there. It's good though that they gave priority signings to those who missed out, I really would NOT have made it back down again on the sunday, i was so wrecked from driving 4 hours!

However, i pre-purchased an autograph from the organisers jsut in case.. so at least Im getting her autograph an'all... But hell I was shaking just from the mere fact i was 'in her presence'! hehehe... I got one picture from the side when she came back from lunch and then was moved on and told not to take anymore photographs.. 😡

Oh... *cries* i really wanted to meet her... damnit!! *cries somemore*

bless you,re heart shandril at least you bought aa autograph and saw her !!! , i,ve spent the last couple of days trying to explain to work people who eliza is and how omg thrilling it was seeing her in the flesh and all !!!
 
dam you guys are soooo lucky, i would give my right arm to meet Eliza, or you know just buy a ticket lol. So where was this located and how much were the tickets?
