I miss winter!

What terrifies me about the summer, is the global warming aspect of it. You think this summer is bad? it will only get worse every year. I prefer the ice age than warmth age. And I'm scared to death because I wanna die when it's so hot like it is now. And I know it's not gonna be better. There will be winter, and then will be summery torture again.
 
Today is a rainy and foggy day, and I LOVE weather like that in summer! It's so cozy being indoors during weather like that listening and watching the rain. 🙂 It's the only thing I enjoy in summer. Unfortunately, it rains very rarely around here... But I need more rain! No more sun!

That's true but it seems like every winter gets colder too.

YES. God, yes. I definitely miss winter. Even though our winters here tend to be very rainy and cold, I'd definitely take that over our blistering hot and sweltering summers.
 
I mainly miss my winter wardrobe lol I work so much in the summer that I never buy any summery clothes so my winter wardrobe is seriously awesome 😀 and I miss it. And I miss sleeping at night with tons and tons of blankets and my doggies snuggling up to me for warmth loll

I have this thing also. I want thunder storms outside. Pouring rain, and you're inside your cozy house, drinking something hot, the dog beside me, I have many layes on, slippers, watching Buffy... I want that so bad!

Amen! Add in the occasional snow storm and this is my preferred winter setup! Especially the watching Buffy part! :wink3:
 
I had a dream it was winter. I miss snow so much. 🙁 I miss waking up in the morning to find there was more snow outside than there was yesterday. It's all white and sparkly. And when it snows on Christmas Eve night when you're drinking hot chocolate watching your Christmas tree lights glow in the dark. 😱
 
I'm glad to say that yesterday I was a little cold. Don't know why. But I did put another layer on. And it made my day!
