Question I need assistance

Hi all,for some reason BB isn't working lately for me. I can not post,reply or give reputation to anyone here. I sign out and sign in again,but nothing changes,I refresh but its still there. Can someone tell me why this is going on,can someone fix this issue?

If I am,its doing it for me. In other words I'm not trying to log out,it just happens.
