how do you find out about conventions? I would desire to know of any that take place in Oregon or any near states. Most of you seem to live in Europe, so mabye noone can help me.

Well you can try the usual websites including

"Jealousevents" "S3events" and "Sector14"events, also going to specific websites like
"www. Starfury.co.uk" tell you about lots but i dunno if they r in the UK or not.
