LOL i'm sure you all are tierd of hearing everyones problem but you all have helped other people and are so sweet and i figure maybe y'all can help me out a bit too.... See i have a 24 yr old step brother fresh out of jail.... well things today were pretty bad and anyways i started to cry, cause i'm a cry baby i'll admit it well he started mocking me and i hit him well he almost hit me back but i moved and it came to him that he couldn't cause i'm under 18 well he made a promise that he would pay someone to put me in the hospital well my step always keeps his promises and he will but i can't get out of this house back to delaware and no one but me him and his brother are usually home so at anytime something could happen... So heres were i need the advice what the hell can i do.. I told my dad but he says just forget it.

Thanks for listening people if y'all can't give any advice i understand and to all of y'all who try and help thanks now in case i dont see it....
 
If you really feel like he means it then I agree...tell someone else...see what happens with that. But make sure whoever you tell KNOWS HOW SERIOUS you are. Also, don't be afraid to ask a policeman/woman or some other person in law enforcment what you can do and what your rights are. That's a hard one to answer though. Are you sure you aren't just taking him too serious? Do you REALLY think he will have something done to you? What was he in jail for?
 
The best things to do....
1) Change locks (In case he has a key)...I don't have the info.
2) Carry pepper spray/ taser. You live in florida. shouldn't be that hard.
3) Call the police and have them file a restraining order/ ask or pay to have someone (cop/investigator/freind) to watch him or to gaurd you.
4) Try to stay at a friends or something.

Its the best I can do....
 
I would only worry about drastic actions so soon because that may only provoke a worse reaction from him. First thing you should make someone you trust and who is an athority figure aware of the situaiton and how badly it's affecting you. You shouldn't be exposed to him anyway...
 
yeah rayne comes with very good points! you should tell someone! someone who can help you cos if he means the threat he made, then this is very seriouse(well of corse you know that!) but i just want you to be okay, and to be safe.. so if there is somewhere else you can stay.. then that would be better for you.. maybe! did you say that you have a brother to? is he a step or a real? maybe he could help you???
 
I have 1 half bro 3 steps and 1 step sis so i mean he is the only one but i dunno thanks for all your help guys now i know where to come when i need advice your all great for giving some you all deserve a little help award....
 
first thing i would do....tell someone...police...file a report..like what rayne said...

second thing...avoid him at all costs...even if you need to stay at your friends house for an exorbatant amount of time...do it...

third thing....get the falk out of that house as soon as possible...that dude sounds like he would pull some punk bitch acts...

can your dad take him...in a fight??...truckers are usually tough dudes so i figure he could take a punk thug...

I plan to be out of here a.s.a.p but i mean i gotta get money first for the ride back to delaware And it can't be a plane cause too much stuff so i dunno....

and i dont have any friends really new here and haven't been in school much cause of being sick... If worse comes to worse i can beg my boyfriend to lend me enough to get Home or to live with him for a while i guess... right now i'm kinda too scared to think lately i didn't sleep at all last night i look horrible this morning.... like a zombie even make-up dont help 🙁
 
lol...now makeup and zombie ressurection is something your going to have to ask a gurl...

take your essentials and valuables and leave....carry only in which fits in a duffel bag and catch a train to delaware...or whatever...i would say greyhound but i here they're pretty junk with the security and shiz...

your bro...is going to be back in prison within 6 months...he'll get back in the drug trade...either as a trafficker...seller...or enforcer...
 
Gosh Angels baby101 this is pretty heavy. I would suggest getting out of there, if you can. If not you HAVE to tell someone who will believe you and take action, as slayerangel and Rayne suggested. But please do not wait and think it will go away and he will calm down. If you truly believe he will hurt you, do something about it now, please don't wait until its too late.
 
Thanks all of you for the advice i told a friend of a friends dad who is a police officer and he said that if anything is too happen to me and someone tries to hurt me do everything i can to get away then tell him and he will bust my brother so i mean thats the best he can do..... and i'm trying to get home a.s.a.p i've asked mom if she had money and she said not yet she'll try my next step is my boyfriend he has money i just dont like asking...
 
Well, I have to agree with SG. If you REALLY believe the guy is that serious that you are fearing for your life then you don't want to wait for him to DO something...take your most valued things and just go. Come back or send for what you can later. Your life is more important sweetie! Are you sure this guy means business? I mean would he really do something to the family unit like that? Well, you know this guy better than any of us so just listen to your gut. If it says danger then hightail it OUT of there! Keep us updated!

I'm glad that you've told somebody! In the meantime stay among friends and out of dangerous places! Even though you have someone to back you up if something happens, you don't want it to happen in the first place! Get home to your mum as soon as possible and until then stay safe!

Yeah i'd do what the others say, and also talk to an aunt or something or an adult that you know, like a teacher or something, and if you don't want to mention names, just say something hyperthetical to that teacher.
