So I'm watching this episode and there as the janitor is John Hawkes who has been great in so many things since, Deadwood, Winter's Bone etc. Other actors who were on Buffy early in their careers?

I'm not sure if your asking or not, but Amy Adams was on Buffy early in her career.

He was also in Me and You and Everyone We Know 😀...and Identity. For some reason I can't think of anyone else at the moment, except Amy Adams. Oh, and Clea Duvall! She was in a lot of movies that I saw prior to Out of Mind, Out of Sight...and ER, I think.

When I saw Eric Balfour (Jesse) in the first two episodes, I thought that I'd seen him before.
I googled him and learned that I knew him from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake (which is real crap compared to the original 😛).
I think he's pretty successful nowadays.
