This is only been excluded a very few times and for special reasons.

From this section of the boards:

If you wish to be adopted by an existing member then all you need to do is create a thread asking to be adopted. The first person to reply to the thread will then become your mentor on the boards.

You want someone specific to be you adopter cheat like everyone else. 😉 I vote for Relic.
