I'm not sure if it belong here,if it doesn't,sorry....
I think nobody posted it before.i searched forums and i didn't find it

Slip-Up: In the episode "I Will Remember You" at the very end when Angel is saying good-bye to Buffy before time is turned back, he tries to get her to stop crying and he says "please Sarah, please" in a very soft whisper. Sarah Michelle Geller plays Buffy and some say it was hard for the actors to be on different shows, so that's why he said that...accidentally of course.


what do you think?...can't watch the ep,i'm in a friend's house,using her pc.i don't have the dvd here.i'm dying to know if it's true.plz someone tell me!!!!
 
wow thats cool ill have to check it later but i doubt he said it cause they were on different shows
 
You know what, it does sound like he said "Sarah"... only in a breath-y way...

rene, even though they're on different shows, he is still friends with her and after working together for years, it's possible he said, "Sarah."
 
maybe but i think thats what they want you to believe, like he may have said it on accident but what they say is sweet and kind but i guess we will never know
 
I just tried to find it now.... it was hard to hear it at first, but if you watch it a few times you can definetly hear "Please, Sarah, please."

It's right after Buffy looks at the clock when there is like, ten seconds left or so and they are both crying. Angel puts his head down and says, really breathily, 'please, sarah, please'. If you watch his mouth and have it turned up really loud, you can definetly see and hear it.

that's kinda cool. I wonder why that was never edited out, I mean, shouldn't David B have known that he said the line wrong? And said something about it?
 
i just watched it and i could not hear it at all i turned it up really loud too
 
Don't stop after the first time he says, "please," wait a few seconds and that's when he says, "please, Sarah, please." He kind of breathed it out. I guess DB figured he'd let that slip. You can barely hear it, but it will be captured forever on DVD...

how many of you hear 'please,sarh,please'?,my brother hears only 'sarah'
 
I watched it twice just now and guess what...I heard it, too! Oh I'm so happy I stumbled upon this thread, I would have never noticed it other wise.

Must go watch it again!! Thanks so much 🙂
 
yes he did say Please Sarah Please.

It wasnt because it was hard for her to be on another show, I remember them saying because Sarah got very emotional during that scene(she kinda forgot she was playing just a charecter) and like Angel trying to calm Buffy down alittle with the suppose to be "Please Buffy please" David said "Please Sarah Please" and kinda let it slip also forgetting that they were filming probably.
