Welcome to Round 2 of the BB Icon Contest!! We have seen some seriously amazing work so far, and I'm so excited to see what you all bring this time around!
I know you're all dying to find out what the themes are this time around! So without furthur ado....

Weapons
There are some seriously cool weapons used in the Whedonverse. Crop your icons to show them off! Example:

Demons
BtVS and "Angel" are filled with lots of memorable demons that were only there for an episode or a short arc. Give them their glory and feature them in an icon! Example:

Emotions
Emotions are powerful things. Whether it's laughter or grief, moments of emotions are beautiful when captured correctly. Example:

EntertainUs' pick- Children
Children are innocent and sweet...Most of the time. Choose moments in the Jossverse that highlight children. HOWEVER, YOU MAY NOT USE ANY MAIN CHARACTERS. Example:

Whoa...these are awesome themes!!! I'm gonna get working on them right as soon as I can!!!


So..we can use texture, brushes, text and this stuff for every theme or there are some restrictions?
 
You can use whatever you want; the icons just have to be rand new icons each round. For instance, you can't take an icon you used in Round 1 and put a texture on it and use it again this round. 🙂

No, but it doesn't change the fact! Besides, I would hate to rob the opportunity of a lesser artist to win; if I entered of course it would be me. So my non-participation is more of a public service than a testament to my slothful ways.

Last round, I read the categories and had SO many ideas right off the bat, this round, I'm like, ok... I have some ideas, and I'll admit, I've been working on Artist's choice ones a lot. I really love them so far.

But we're doing five each like last time, right?

No, actually I decided to bunk off the 30 minutes or so of work and got the Demons and the Emos done... so.. there. It's five of each, yeah?

No, I did not forget.. nor did I forget the last time. I did not anticipate the contest lasting the duration of time it did. I could not foresee having time, otherwise. This time is somewhat different as I am slowly pulling myself for the colossal hole in which I fell and finding a few minutes to play.
